Friendship story

Friendship story about Emily  Lillie and Ruby

A day I will never forget…

It all started on a extremely windy day  when I met Emily, Ruby, and Lillie in ruma Iwa and Waru. 3 hard but still fantastic years ago. Now it is known as  TKT the senior class also the fabulously quiet papatuanuku. Known as one of the islands of hokowhitu school.

We met in a workshop with Mrs Handcock. After when the workshop finished Lillie asked me if I wanted to sit with them I agreed “sure I would love to ” I said and we walked of.

After about thirty minutes of talking while doing our work (not). The extremely loud school bell rang Mrs Handcock clapped her hands and asked the class to pack up.Our stuff and go to lunch and eat.

We walked to our tote trays ( like the ones we have now.) And put our stuff away and went to lunch. “ Hey do you want to sit with us and become friends?” Lillie asked. “Of course I would love to become friends with you guys” I replied excitedly.

So we all sat down and started to eat lunch and chat after we had lunch we set off to the pirate ship to play, we played tag. After about 30 minutes the bell rang and we ran back up to the classroom.

We were the first ones there so we decided to read a book until Mrs Handcock got here we helped each other to read the books because you know we were only little 6 year old's so we couldn't read the words that well.

After about five minutes other kids arrived and then Mrs Handcock. She told me Lillie Emily and Ruby to do a task which was cleaning the books. That were scattered all over the floor up that we left on the floor only that she didn't know that it was us so we just said ok .

It took us ages because there were a lot of books but we did it  and yes it was tiring but we didn't care because honestly it was fun spending amazing mind blowing time together.

So that is how we became friends! And I will never regret it.

I am really proud of getting 99 questions  out of 100 correct and some of them were division and we all know that I'm not really good at...
